Skutt Catholic Students Give So Others Can Live!
On Fri., Feb. 26, the auxiliary gym at Skutt Catholic High School was converted to a blood donation center as 118 donors presented themselves to give blood. This is the first of two blood drives that will be held this year at the school, sponsored by the National Honor Society. In total, 88 units were collected, saving 264 lives!
A big "Thank You!" goes out to Mrs. Jenny Wilson, Mrs. Ruth Kros, and the National Honor Society members who advertised and organized the event, as well as recruited donors, set up, and cleaned up after the event.
